Dear members, survivors and friends,

This is the 4th announcement of the CCI conference in Cape Town. In this announcement we will provide you with the information available at the moment. Please take special note of the information re the CCI booth and tables at the conference and sending your registration number for the Meet & Greet and CCI annual dinner.

You can find the latest information on the official website, http://www.siop2015.kenes.com, or download CCI annoucement as a pdf.

CCI booth and tables in conference room

CCI will have a booth at the conference in the exhibition area. The booth will be shared with CHOC Childhood Cancer Foundation SA, the local organising member. The only items that will be available in the booth for sale will be from CCI or CHOC SA, no other CCI member will be allowed to sell anything in the conference venue.

CCI, however, invites all members who are sending delegates to bring along any videos of their organisation that they want to have screened in the booth. The videos will be screened on a rotation basis with CCI and the local organising member, CHOC SA, being given extra screening opportunities.

For members who would like to bring give-away material, there will be tables for this purpose at the back of the conference room allocated to CCI. Should CCI wish to take some of these items to the booth, members will be asked for permission first.
