VIDEO OF RAN
As a kid, especially a kid with cancer, Ran has his temper. At the beginning of treatment, he seldom communicates with others except crying lonely. While others preferences, such as toys or painting courses are isolated to him.

Due to his special, he has many fantastic ideas. In the Rainbow Bear Clinic (a special role playing activities), he observed a cancer sell through a microscope. He told to a volunteer that the sell looks like a worm. The volunteer prized him and told him his treatment is to drive the “worms” away. After that, Ran changed a lot, brave and positive. He cooperates with doctors and others and draws pictures to give wishes to them. He became good friend with Rainbow Foundation, and promised to be a volunteer in a future. Before back to Wuhan last year, he applied a volunteer T-shirt of Rainbow Foundation and said that’s a magic T-shirt that can give him power.
Ran battled with cancer and the COVID-19 as well. During the pandemic, he contacted with us through video or voice message. We sent him the “Let Me Cover U” patterns (masks and other protection materials). He gave us feedback at the first time. He took part in all the online activities through Wechat or Tik Tok hold by Rainbow. He sometimes has to wait for the poor WIFI. No matter won the gifts or not, he always reminds us to have meal.
Life is like a box of Rainbow Sugar. We encouraged him during his treatment and he concerned us during the pandemic. Everyone is equal in front of the virus. We must care the survivors for no one is lonely and no one can be lonely.
