While this year’s AGA will be different than all of the years previously I want to thank all of you for your continued work for children with cancer and their families across the world in a time when the world is also living with the COVID-19 pandemic. We all know that our children lived a life of isolation, masks and fear of infection long before the rest of the world also had to adapt to this lifestyle change. Your work on behalf of the families and collectively on behalf of CCI and children with cancer globally is transformational.
While we will not be meeting in person in Ottawa, CCI will continue to hold our Annual General Assembly virtually, at the same time as previously scheduled. The AGA will be held using ZOOM on Friday October 16th from 10:30 am to 12:30 am Eastern. (please check your time zone). We are hopeful that the meeting will not take longer than 60 to 90 minutes but have booked the full 2 hours in case the additional time is needed.

1/ We are asking that all full members and associate members who are planning on attending the Virtual AGA, please pre-register via the button below and filling out a google form.
The deadline for registration is Monday October 12th.
2/ The ZOOM dial information to join the Virtual AGA on Friday October 16th and useful information about the online session will be sent out to all the registered delegates.
3/ The 2020 AGA Agenda, 2019 AGA minutes and 2019 Annual report can be found by clicking the button below. We ask that you please download and read before the AGA so that you are ready to give feedback if needed and vote for acceptance of these documents.
