February 5: World Cancer Day 2026

Once again this year, we are proud to join UICC’s campaign to commemorate World Cancer Day. By coming together and uniting our voices, we strengthen our collective impact and reaffirm that we are stronger when we work as one.

This World Cancer Day, we come together to put people at the centre of care. Every child, every family, and every story matters — and sharing these lived experiences helps drive awareness, inspire action, and build hope.

We invite you to share your story and help amplify the call for prevention, awareness, and equal access to care for all children and families affected by cancer.

World Cancer Day is observed every 4 February and is an initiative led by the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC).
