Tips for caregivers

Caring for a child with cancer is one of the purest, most powerful acts of love. It’s a fierce, unwavering devotion that shines brightly even in the darkest moments. It’s strength that can’t be measured, and courage that rises with every sunrise, even when you’re exhausted, scared, or filled with doubt.  But amidst all the love and care you give, please don’t forget this: you matter too. Your well-being, your emotions, your needs they are just as important. Taking care of yourself is not a luxury; it’s a necessity. You cannot pour from an empty cup, and your child needs you at your best. So breathe. Rest when you can. Ask for help. Let others walk beside you. You are not alone.

Your love is extraordinary and so are you.
